Step into the limelight at the sparkling Hospitality Assured black-tie Annual Dinner & Awards 2025. Join us for a memorable evening at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London on June 16th, 2025 (booking link below). We will eagerly look forward to your presence at this glamorous event, where we will celebrate your achievements and unite with fellow industry professionals to honour quality and excellence. The Hospitality Assured and Institute of Hospitality awards will take place throughout the evening, whilst guests enjoy a delightful 3-course dinner with accompanying wines.
This year, we introduce new awards spotlighting the tenacity, expertise, passion and commitment to excellence, within our Hospitality Assured Community. We’ll be recognising seven prestigious awards, including four based on merit scores attained through the accreditation process, two nominated Special Assessor Awards and one open for submission where you are encouraged to showcase your achievements. Here are the categories and we eagerly await your team submission entry.
- Most Improved Score Award 2025 (Merit Award)
Recognises the organisation that has made the most significant overall improvement since their previous assessment.
- Highest Scoring Newcomer Award 2025 (Merit Award)
Acknowledges the organisation achieving the highest overall score, in their first assessment, within the Hospitality Assured Standard framework.
- Beyond Service Excellence Award 2025 (Merit Award)
This is awarded to the highest scoring organisation in Service Recovery demonstrating the value of a pro-active and effective service recovery process to enhance service excellence and build reputation.
- Managing Resources Award 2025 (Merit Award)
The award recognises the value of Managing Resources pro-actively, systematically and effectively to withstand the challenging times in which we operate.
- Hospitality Assured Champion Award 2025 (Assessor Award)
This year the award goes to an individual that showed passion and a tenacious team approach to achieving Premier status and exceptional commitment to continuous improvement.

Recognises commitment throughout the organisational structure to the values, collaboration, passion, team spirit, and where excellence is a pivotal component in driving the aspiration.

Hospitality Assured Team-of-the-Year-Submission 2025
Entries close at 5pm on Monday, May 19th, 2025. Shortlisted finalists will be announced on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025. Winners will be revealed at the Annual Dinner & Awards on Monday, June 16th, 2025.
