Hospitality Assured, the Standard for Service and Business Excellence is owned by the Institute of Hospitality and run under licence by Hospitality Limited.  

Hospitality Assured was created for the industry, by the industry. The development of The Standard was undertaken in co-operation with the University of Surrey, who reviewed a range of practices across businesses in the service sector and designed a specification to incorporate worldwide excellence concepts. The Standard can be applied to any business.

Hospitality Assured is a Business-to-Business Standard and the process of achieving the Award is an indication of striving for world-class performance. 

The Institute of Hospitality is the international hospitality professional membership body for managers and aspiring managers who work and study in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industries.
