Most Improved Score Award 2025
Recognises the organisation that has made the most significant overall improvement since their previous assessment.
Highest Scoring Newcomer Award 2025
Acknowledges the organisation achieving the highest overall score, in their first assessment, within the Hospitality Assured Standard framework.
Beyond Service Excellence Award 2025
This is awarded to the highest scoring organisation in Service Recovery demonstrating the value of a pro-active and effective service recovery process to enhance service excellence and build reputation.
Managing Resources Award 2025
The award recognises the value of managing resources pro-actively, systematically and effectively to withstand the challenging times in which we operate.
Hospitality Assured Champion Award 2025
This year the award goes to an individual that showed passion and a tenacious team approach to achieving exceptional commitment to continuous improvement and service delivery.
