This year’s Hospitality Assured (HA) Awards, at the historic Honourable Artillery Company headquarters in the city of London, recognised eight winners from across the diverse hospitality industry, including outstanding achievements by Lancashire County Council School Meals, and TLC Care Homes.

The awards, run in conjunction with the Institute of Hospitality’s Annual Dinner & Awards, saw over 300 guests enjoy an evening of lively entertainment and celebration with colleagues and friends from across the diverse world of hospitality.

Max Lawrence FIHHospitality Assured’s Finance & Administration Director said: “It has been a pleasure looking through all our customers’ achievements this year, as they continue to strive and excel in their individual journeys to achieve HA’s business and service standards.

“We are incredibly proud of them all and their commitment to delivering excellence through teamwork” concluded Max.

HA’s service standards put customers at the heart of an organisation’s operation and helps them become the very best they can be; an ethos that brings teams together, delivers service excellence to customers, and delivers to the bottom line. Run under licence by Hospitality Limited, HA is the standard for Service and Business Excellence and is owned by the Institute of Hospitality.
