Hospitality Assured celebrates excellence at the 2026 Hospitality Assured Awards
The very best of service excellence was celebrated at the 2026 Hospitality Assured Awards, held at the iconic JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London. Bringing together leaders and colleagues from across hospitality, healthcare, education and facilities management, the evening recognised organisations and individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to delivering exceptional customer and colleague experiences.
The Hospitality Assured Awards celebrate those who have embraced continuous improvement, invested in their people and embedded a culture of excellence throughout their organisations. They recognise not only exceptional performance but also the dedication, innovation and passion that underpin truly outstanding service.
