It’s good to see how focusing on customer experience can greatly enhance lives. A collaboration between one of our clients The Hawthorns Retirement Group Clevedon and Clevedon Pier is having tremendous benefits for all involved.
In June, residents from The Hawthorns Clevedon were invited to plant flowers across the Grade 1 listed Clevedon Pier. The opportunity was welcomed by the residents, many of them enthusiastic gardeners, and all were keen to enhance a significant landmark in their town. This isn’t the only joint initiative, The Hawthorns’ residents also enjoy giving guided talks about the history of the pier whenever government Covid-19 related restrictions allow. In turn, the residents benefit from free passes to visit the Pier described by Sir John Betjeman, as “the most beautiful pier in England.”
Aggie Jasinski, Customer Services Manager at The Hawthorns Clevedon, said, “The hospitality demonstrated from the staff at the pier is always outstanding and we thoroughly enjoy getting together. We, alongside The Clevedon Pier and Poets Mews, are now exploring future events and opportunities and how we can support each other to benefit our residents.”
This collaboration is a wonderful example of an organisation that provides excellent customer service, where the overall experience exceeds customer expectations. A vital component in raising standards and living up to both the name and requirements of Hospitality Assured.
