Videos giving an insight into the hospitality strategies of the amazing Hospitality Assured award winners have just been released.
The award winners were filmed during the evening of the Institute of Hospitality’s Annual Dinner and Awards at the Hilton London Bankside. The videos capture all the excitement of the evening – an extra special event marking the 25th anniversary of Hospitality Assured and the 85th anniversary of the IoH.
The first award of the evening, Highest Scoring Newcomer, was to Tattu – an exciting restaurant group which delivers an innovative, unique concept. Each restaurant has its own personality and atmosphere serving beautifully curated dishes and remarkable cocktails.
The award for Most Improved Score, given to Inverness Airport, was next. Inverness Airport celebrated a string of awards, last year, including the Hospitality Assured award for Excellence in Customer Service and the best European Airport award. Serving over 2 million customers a year the benefits of Inverness Airport’s high standards are felt far and wide, ensuring all receive the warmest Highland Welcome!
TLC Care received the Assessors’ Award for Cultural Excellence and are noted for the life-enhancing care they deliver to all residents in their care homes in London and across the South East. A great deal of their partnership work with Hospitality Assured has been supported by Alina Renée who received well-deserved recognition with the Champion of Champions award.
Long-standing members of the Hospitality Assured community, BaxterStorey and Royal Holloway, University of London, with a combined association of over 40 years, received Hospitality Assured’s 25th Anniversary and Team of the Year awards, respectively. BaxterStorey are industry leaders and the first to introduce a chefs academy to enhance staff development. Royal Holloway, University of London, serve an amazing array of menus from street food right through to fine-dining. With their historical and prestigious location, they also take advantage of their onsite educational resources to ensure their customer service is the best it can be.
