Royal Holloway, University of London are Hospitality Assured’s top scoring university with the highest accolade of World Class accreditation.
Gillian Almond, Director of Commercial Services, Royal Holloway, University of London was delighted and outlines exactly what the attainment means to them:
“Hospitality Assured is an established and trusted quality standard that enables us to benchmark how we are performing in customer service and business excellence. It challenges us to seek innovative new ways to ensure continuous improvement and reinforces our message to our staff that they are doing a really great job. To be internationally recognised as ‘World Class’ is the result of a huge effort and commitment by the whole team and sets us apart from our competitors”.
The accreditation is being celebrated throughout the University. Professor Julie Sanders, Principal, said:
