The Victory Services Club (VSC) has been recognised for its exceptional standards in
customer service and venue management by winning three distinguished industry awards
this year.
Earlier this year, at the Conference & Events Awards 2024, the Club was honoured with the
Best Customer Service award, with judges praising its 85% repeat business rate as
“exceptionally high” and noting the impact of its mystery guest programme. The judges also
highlighted the venue’s impressive staff retention, which ensures clients benefit from the
expertise of a longstanding team familiar with the venue’s facilities and operations.
Further recognition came at the Meeting Industry Association (MIA) List Awards, where VSC
was named Best Venue (Under 300 Capacity). The accolade reflects the Club’s ability to
deliver consistently high-quality experiences for its members and clients.
In addition, the Club received Silver for Best Customer Service at the London Venue
Awards, confirming its reputation as a leader in customer relationships.
Judges at each event commended the Club’s commitment to sustainability, underlined by its
Gold ECOsmart accreditation, and its dedication to maintaining excellence across all areas
of operation.
